Floors built for Puppalaguda's high-rise apartments and villas
Most of Puppalaguda's new homes share a particular signature: large-format vitrified tile or engineered-stone floors, tall living rooms in the towers along Lanco Hills Road, and wide balconies looking toward the Khajaguda rock formations or the Outer Ring Road. Beautiful — but acoustically live and visually cold underfoot, especially in the 3- and 4-BHK layouts that dominate the area's gated communities. A well-chosen rug or a wall-to-wall carpet is the fastest way to warm those interiors, soften the echo in open-plan halls, and add the layer of comfort that polished tile can't give.
Because so many of Puppalaguda's apartments are built to a developer template, we rarely work to standard sizes. We measure each room on site — the off-square pillar bays, the balcony-side living rooms, the long lobby runs in the bigger penthouses — and cut or commission accordingly. For the independent houses and plotted homes around Chitrapuri Colony and the older Manikonda-village fringe, where rooms are larger and more individual, we often suggest a statement hand-knotted centre rug rather than blanket carpeting.
Rugs: Persian, Kashmiri, prayer and custom hand-knotted
Our rug side is what families here usually come to us for first. We carry genuine Persian and Iranian rugs, fine Kashmiri silk and wool pieces, and prayer rugs — all knotted by hand, not printed. In a Puppalaguda apartment a 6x9 or 8x10 wool rug anchors the seating in front of the TV unit; in a villa drawing room a larger silk-blend piece becomes the room's centrepiece. If you can't find the exact dimension, colour or motif you want for an unusually shaped hall, we make custom hand-knotted rugs to order in wool and silk, so the rug fits your room instead of the other way round.
Wall-to-wall carpet for bedrooms, home theatres and offices
Many Puppalaguda buyers are IT professionals who commute to the nearby Financial District and Nanakramguda, and our wall-to-wall ranges suit the spaces they're building: home theatres and media rooms in the larger flats, master bedrooms where families want warmth underfoot in winter, study and play areas for children, and the home offices that have become standard since remote and hybrid working spread through the area. We stock multiple wall-to-wall qualities in wool and synthetic blends, with options graded for heavy-traffic stairs and lobbies as well as quiet bedrooms — and we handle the full free measure, supply and fitting.
Serving Puppalaguda from our central Masab Tank showroom
Our showroom sits at A Battery Line, Masab Tank Road, in central Hyderabad. From Puppalaguda it's a straightforward run in via the Outer Ring Road and the inner-ring routes through Mehdipatnam, with the ORR's Nanakramguda/Gachibowli junction and Lanco Hills Road feeding the whole belt. You're welcome to visit the showroom to see the full rug and carpet range in person — or, because hauling samples up to a high-floor flat isn't anyone's idea of fun, we'll bring curated samples to your home in Puppalaguda so you can judge colour against your own light and floor.
