Do you offer trade or designer pricing?
Yes. We work with interior designers, architects, stylists, retailers and contract clients on preferential trade pricing and an ongoing partnership. Tell us you're trade in the form and we'll set you up.
Can you work from my CAD and to my deadline?
Yes. We weave from your drawings, mood-boards or client brief, send strike-offs for approval, and honour install dates — typical lead time is around six weeks.
Can you really make any design and any shape?
Yes — your sketch, painting, motif or brief, hand-knotted to your exact design in any outline: rectangle, round, oval, runner, an irregular freeform edge, or cut to fit a specific room.
What materials do you use?
Only pure wool, pure silk, or a wool-silk blend. We don't knot synthetic fibre for bespoke pieces — wool gives durability and warmth, silk gives sheen and fine detail.
Do you provide samples and colour strike-offs?
Yes. We send physical wool/silk samples and hand-dyed strike-offs matched to your Pantone, fabric swatch or scheme, so you and your client approve the colour before we weave.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes. We roll, crate and insure your finished carpet and ship door-to-door with tracking to India, the Middle East, the UK, Europe, the US, Canada, Australia and beyond.
How long does a custom carpet take?
Because each piece is hand-knotted, a bespoke carpet typically takes around six weeks depending on size, knot density and material. We confirm the timeline with your quote.
How much does a custom hand-knotted carpet cost?
Price depends on size, material (wool, silk or blend) and knot density. After you share your brief we send a fixed, all-in quote including worldwide delivery before any work begins.
Will I see the design before it's made?
Always. We send a colour plan, samples and design for approval, and only begin knotting once you're happy with every detail.
Can you deliver unbranded / white-label for my project?
Yes. For trade projects we deliver discreetly and unbranded so the piece presents as part of your scheme; your client relationship stays yours.
